The rubber weight training plates are made with recycled rubber, gives excellent flooring protection and can be used with any olympic bar. All plates come as standard with a 50mm brass centre sleeve. These plates have casting inside to adjust waste, outer solid rubber. They are ideal forteaching olympic movements such as snatch & clean and jerk, as they are made to the correct olympic diameter of 450mm.
